My customers are facing a problem while trying to make a payment using PayPal Business. What should I do?

When you enable PayPal Business as the payment option on your invoice, customers must log in to a U.S. PayPal account to complete the payment. This means their PayPal account country must be set to United States.

If your customers do not have a U.S. PayPal account, you can select PayPal Standard on the invoice creation page instead. Even with a PayPal Business account, this option allows customers to pay using their credit cards.
